Terms of use
1. Service
The connector is operated by SYNAPZE SASU, SIREN 105 183 743, RCS Nanterre. It lets an AI agent find a licensed French insurance broker and obtain an indicative legal protection premium from that broker's partner insurers.
2. Indicative pricing, not an offer
Prices returned are indicative, computed from the parameters supplied. They bind neither Synapze nor the insurer. Only a contract issued by the broker and accepted by the insurer creates cover. No policy can be subscribed through this connector.
3. Not advice
The connector does not provide insurance advice within the meaning of the Insurance Distribution Directive. Advice is given by the ORIAS-registered broker, who remains responsible for it.
4. Availability
The service is provided as is, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Synapze may change or withdraw tools, and may rate-limit or block abusive use.
5. Governing law
French law. Courts of Nanterre have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
